If you feel your meal is too spicy, try diluting the flavor by adding more of any of the existing ingredients you have — especially plain or more voluminous ingredients like rice, lettuce, veggies, or meats. If you’re out of the ingredients you already used, you can get creative and add a new ingredient you have around — nuts, seeds, sauce, etc. You can even add a drizzle of the oil you used to cook the meal (e.g. olive oil) to cut some of that spice.
