I’m gluten free, but I’m still seeing pasta in my meal recommendations. What’s up with that?

We hear you — don’t worry! We’re not telling you to go out and buy gluten-laden flour pastas. We want to make sure you have as many meal options as possible. We hope you’ll substitute regular flour pasta for your favorite gluten-free alternative. That might look like:

 

  • Quinoa pasta
  • Rice or brown rice pasta
  • Edamame pasta
  • Mung bean pasta
  • Chickpea pasta
  • Lentil or bean pasta
